The Store House Reaches Practical Completion

The Store House has reached Practical Completion, marking a major milestone for this landmark student living development commissioned by Manner and funded by BlackRock.

Appointed as interior designer in 2022, Project Studio delivered the full interior design scope from concept to completion, creating a wellbeing-led, community-focused environment inspired by the site’s heritage as a former department store. Reinterpreted Victorian detailing, bespoke joinery, and contemporary layouts celebrate the building’s past while supporting modern student life.

Designed in line with BREEAM Excellent standards and Net Zero Carbon targets, the completed scheme sets a new benchmark for sustainable, high-quality PBSA design.
