Vista River Gardens Achieves Practical Completion

Vista River Gardens,  Manchester, has reached Practical Completion, marking a key milestone for this striking 55-storey residential tower located within Castlefield’s historic Trinity Island, overlooking the River Irwell.

Appointed by Renaker, Project Studio was responsible for the interior design of the development, which delivers a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments alongside more than 18,500 sq ft of best-in-class shared amenity space.

Inspired by the area’s creative character, the scheme features a rich variety of social, leisure and work environments, including a speakeasy bar, mini cinema, games lounge, co-working and content creation spaces, and multi-use suites. The project also includes a standout amenity terrace with outdoor dining, screening, fitness and recreational features, creating a vibrant, lifestyle-led residential destination in the heart of Manchester.
