Project Completion at Sunbeam Factory, Wolverhampton

Project Studio has successfully brought to completion it’s Build-to-Rent development at The Sunbeam Factory, Wolverhampton for Paragon Living, transforming the former motorcycle factory into a welcoming residential community. The design celebrates the building’s industrial heritage while creating warm, connected spaces for residents, including private dining, lounges, co-working areas, and a gym.

Locally sourced and sustainable materials feature throughout, from Birmingham-made Foresso timber worktops and Staffordshire’s Ketley tiles to a gym floor crafted from recycled car tyres. Archival photography, amber tones, and greenery-inspired palettes complete the look, bringing history, character, and cohesion to this unique development.
