Project Completion at Bankside

After 3.5 years from design to delivery, Project Studio has proudly completed its development at Bankside, Colliers Yard, Salford for Renaker, creating over 16,000 sq ft of best-in-class amenity space for residents.

Inspired by the site’s rich industrial heritage, the interiors draw on historic maps, archival photography, and existing architecture to weave subtle references to the area’s legacy in textiles, metalwork, and woodworking. The result is a series of modern, functional spaces with a strong sense of place and character.

In line with our commitment to supporting local businesses, we also partnered with Nocturne Workshop, a Manchester-based lighting company, to design and craft bespoke lamps for the co-working areas- bringing unique craftsmanship and community connection into the heart of the development.
